WE’RE HIRING: SCRUM MASTER (REMOTE)

3rd Star Resource & Consulting Group is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a remote team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs.

If you’re passionate about Agile, love removing blockers, and know how to guide high-performing teams while collaborating with senior stakeholders — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
✔️ Lead Scrum ceremonies (Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retros, Demos, PI Planning)
✔️ Coach teams on Agile best practices (SAFe & Kanban experience a plus)
✔️ Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement
✔️ Partner with Product Managers on backlog clarity and prioritization
✔️ Collaborate with senior client leadership and cross-functional teams

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience supporting large-scale software development initiatives
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with Jira, Trello, or similar Agile tools
• SAFe Certified Scrum Master (preferred)
• Ability to obtain government clearance
• Must reside in the continental U.S.
