Xbox controller drifting but there’s NO calibration option in the Xbox Accessories app? 🎮

I used Drift Guard to recalibrate this Model 1708 without even opening it up. After calibration, we tested the sticks again and they were pulling perfectly!

Before replacing your sticks or using BW-100, try this FREE fix first.

Joaquin dropped his Ray-Ban Metas and they completely stopped working. 😬👓

He shipped them to us from Houston, Texas and asked us to record the repair.

Once we opened the left arm, we found the internal connector had popped loose. We reseated the connection, added a small thermal pad to help keep it securely in place, glued the arm panel back on, and tested everything.

They’re working again, cleaned up, and ready to head back to Houston!

Customer brought in this Alienware gaming laptop because Warzone keeps crashing.

StarCraft seems to be running fine, so we moved on to the obvious next step — downloading the RTX 5090 drivers and checking for firmware updates.

Hopefully that takes care of it. If Warzone is STILL crashing after the GPU drivers and firmware update, what should I try next? Drop your troubleshooting suggestions below. 👇

24 MAIL-IN META REPAIRS & COUNTING! 🤯🕶️

You guys are keeping us BUSY!

Every time I post one of our Ray-Ban Meta repairs, another wave seems to show up at the shop. Right now we have 24 pairs here — 17 waiting in line, 4 on my desk, and another 3 repaired, clamped, and curing after the epoxy stage.

It’s pretty awesome seeing how many people are trusting us enough to ship their Meta glasses in for repair, especially from people finding us through Facebook and the Ray-Ban Meta community.

This Ray-Ban Meta repair came to us all the way from Canada! 🇨🇦😮

We normally only offer our mail-in repair service within the United States, but these showed up at the shop, so we figured—we might as well see if we can save them!

The frames arrived bent and cracked with internal connections needing attention. We carefully used low heat to straighten the frames, repaired the crack with epoxy, reconnected everything internally, and got the glasses functioning again. 🙌

The customer had also asked if we could record his repair so he could watch it on social media. We originally thought we hadn't recorded it—but later realized we actually had most of the repair footage! Unfortunately, we missed recording the final testing and epoxy process, but the last clip shows the finished repair after everything was cleaned up, reassembled, and testing good.

Now they're headed back to Canada! Hopefully customs is nice to us on the return trip. 😂🇨🇦

A customer came in to sell us his Nintendo Switch and casually asked if we'd be interested in buying his Ray-Ban Metas too. 😎

He originally offered them for $150, but I actually told him that sounded a little low. After we both checked the market, he offered $200 and we had a deal. 🤝

I've been wanting a second pair for filming around the shop anyway, so these are staying with me!
