📱 NUTR TECH TIP OF THE DAY

☁️ BACK UP YOUR PHONE!

Your phone can be replaced.

Your photos, videos, contacts, and important memories might not be.

Phones can be lost, stolen, damaged, or suddenly stop working. And sometimes, there’s little warning before you lose access to everything stored on it.

🍎 iPHONE

Make sure iCloud Backup is turned on:

Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → iCloud Backup

🤖 ANDROID

Check that your phone is backing up through your Google account:

Settings → Google → Backup

📸 Especially check your photos! A phone backup and a photo backup aren't always the same thing.

💡 OUR TIP: Don't wait until your phone breaks to think about your backup.

👇 QUESTION OF THE DAY:

If your phone completely died RIGHT NOW…

Would you still have all your photos and important information?

✅ Yes, I'm backed up!
🤔 I'm not sure
😬 Nope… and now I'm nervous

Drop your answer below! 👇

And if you're not sure whether your phone is properly backed up, NUTR Tech Services can help you check.

💻 NUTR TECH TIP OF THE DAY

🔋 Is Your Phone Battery Dying Too Fast?

Before assuming your battery is bad, check what’s actually using your power!

🤖 ANDROID

Go to:

Settings → Battery → Battery Usage

Look for apps using an unusually large amount of battery.

Also check:
• Screen brightness
• Background apps
• Location services
• Weak cell signal

🍎 iPHONE

Go to:

Settings → Battery

Scroll down to Battery Usage by App and see what’s using the most power.

Also check:
• Screen brightness
• Background App Refresh
• Location Services
• Poor cell signal

🔧 Still draining quickly?

If your phone is losing battery unusually fast even when you're barely using it, the battery itself may be worn—or there could be another issue.

NUTR Tech Services can help figure out what's actually causing the problem before you spend money replacing something you don't need.

👇 NOW WE WANT TO KNOW:

How long does your phone battery usually last?

🔋 All day
📱 I charge it once or twice a day
😩 I'm constantly looking for a charger!

Drop your answer in the comments! 👇

And if your phone is acting strange, feel free to message NUTR Tech Services.

💻 NUTR TECH TIP OF THE DAY

🐌 Is Your Computer Running Slow?

Before you replace it, there may be a simple reason it's struggling.

A slow computer can be caused by:
• Too many programs running
• Low storage space
• Outdated software
• Overheating
• An aging hard drive
• Not enough RAM

Sometimes a simple cleanup or upgrade can make an old computer feel new again.

Not sure what's slowing yours down?

🔧 NUTR Tech Services can diagnose the problem and find the right solution — without replacing parts you don't need.

📩 Message NUTR Tech Services and let's get your computer running like it should.

💻 Tech Tip of the Day – Is Your RAM Running at Full Speed?

Did you know that many new computers don't automatically run your RAM at its advertised speed?

If your RAM isn't configured correctly, you could be missing out on free performance.

Enabling the correct memory profile in your computer's BIOS (often called XMP for Intel or EXPO for AMD) can help your system perform the way it was designed to.

⚠️ If you're not comfortable changing BIOS settings, don't guess. Incorrect settings can cause your computer to become unstable.

Need help checking if your RAM is running at its full speed? NUTR Tech Services is happy to help make sure your system is set up correctly and performing at its best.

Send me a message if you'd like your PC checked! 💻🚀

💻 Tech Tip of the Day – Give Your Computer Some Breathing Room

Where you place your computer matters!

If your desktop is pushed tightly against a wall or tucked inside a closed cabinet, it may not get enough airflow to stay cool.

Poor airflow can lead to:
• Higher temperatures
• Loud fans
• Slower performance
• Shorter component lifespan

Try to leave a few inches of space around your computer so fresh air can circulate properly.

A cooler computer is often a happier, longer-lasting computer.

If your PC is running hot or louder than normal, NUTR Tech Services can inspect the cooling system and make sure it's performing its best.

🤔 Tech Question of the Day

What's the oldest piece of technology you still use?

📱 An old phone?
💻 A trusty laptop?
🎮 A classic game console?
🖨️ A printer that's somehow still going strong?

Drop it in the comments! I'm curious to see which piece of tech has stood the test of time. 👇

Sometimes the oldest devices are the most reliable—with the right care and maintenance.

💡 Tech Fact of the Day

Did you know?

A computer running on an old hard drive (HDD) can feel up to 5–10x slower than the same computer upgraded to a solid-state drive (SSD).

That means a “slow, outdated” computer might actually just need a storage upgrade — not a full replacement.

Sometimes the biggest performance boost comes from a simple change.
