As was the model in the late nineteen eighties, Systems Solutions had a retail storefront that served as a place for home and small business walk-in customers to gather information and shop for software, supplies, and computer accessories. While these programs were made available to the general public, the company’s primary focus and core business was based upon industrial and commercial clients.
All of the support and service offerings, both from a national and local perspective, were geared to these types of accounts. In 1992, Systems Solutions recognized that the company’s future success was tied directly to the ability to provide quality support services to the commercial client base that had been developed over the years. To that end, Systems Solutions closed its retail operations in June of 1996 to focus on the commercial client base and the specific technology support requirements for those clients. Now
