From a stunning hotel feature ➡ to a fully branded entry moment with a custom gobo logo projection and 3‑ft‑tall LED letters spelling out the conference name… with one twist.

The “I” was intentionally left out, because YOU put the “I” in FUS_ON".
One of the conference organizers stepped right into place on our floor decal to complete the word and the message.

🪷 Bollywood meets Topgolf ⛳

When Constl reached out to us all the way from New Delhi, India to help with their event, we were intrigued.

Their goal was simple; bring a taste of India to the National Harbor for the ITW Conference, and while they had their vendors in place, there was still much to do.

That's where our team came in.

Being 7,485 miles away and 9 hours and 30 minutes ahead of us makes planning challenging. Communication is at odd hours and can feel a bit unconventional.

But none of this stopped any of us from turning out one heck of a great party. Nameste 🤗

4 years ago, our Creative Director, Heidi Hiller, met with Xplosive Entertainment and recorded a podcast explaining the difference between a party planner, an event decorator and a day of coordinator. We are the rare combination of all of these at Innovative Party Planners & Event Pros.

As your event planner we are project managers, interpreters, head coaches, negotiators and problem solvers.

As your event decorator, we envision what your event will look and feel like, incorporating your child's personality into it, and seeing it through to installation.
