A feed of product posts is not a social presence.
When we audit this dimension we are not counting followers. We are answering one question: could a stranger read your last ten posts and tell what you believe?
Three findings come up over and over:
• Most posts are about the product. Nothing about the category, the customer, or what the company has learned. There is little to agree or disagree with, so nobody engages.
• The cadence is erratic. Three posts in a week, then eleven weeks of quiet. The audience never forms a habit, and the platform never builds confidence in the account.
• There is no point of view. Swap the logo and the posts could belong to any competitor.
