Mr. Griffith, owner of A.W. Griffith Transportation, is a seasoned veteran of more than 25 years in the industry and will work with iPassenger, Inc. executives to:

(1) reduce operational risks and inflationary burdens within the industry
(2) increase business opportunities, value and utilization

iPassenger, Inc. Hires Dr. Desiree DeGinder as its Chief Executive Officer

iPassenger, Inc., a technology company focused on delivering Software as a Solution (SaaS) and Mobility as a Solution (MaaS) products for the domestic and international ground passenger-carrier transportation industry, has hired Dr. Desiree DeGinder as its Chief Executive Officer.

Dr. DeGinder holds extensive experience as an entrepreneur, as a doctor in psychology, and in building solution-focused opportunities for clients, consumers and company team members dating back nearly 20 years.

In Dr. DeGinder’s role as CEO of iPassenger, Inc., one of her primary tasks is to continue to build the iPassenger team including for the purposes of business and strategic development.

“Dr. DeGinder is not only just a fantastic performance coach but she has been a terrific advisor for me since 2017”, said Barry Lewis, President and Chief Operating Officer of iPassenger, Inc.

Dr. DeGinder has been preparing for her role as the CEO since the summer of 2024 and she is excited to formally get started.

“Dating back to the initial work on the entire iPassenger product line, I have seen first-hand the importance of staying solution-focused on our core products through rigorous testing and team work”, said Dr. DeGinder. “ We are prepared for the next business phase of delivering customer solutions including through IoT (Internet of Things) enhancements so the passenger-carrier transportation and transit industry has a one stop shop directly for consumers”, said Dr. DeGinder.

Dr. DeGinder is building a robust sales team while continuing to learn the importance about why the passenger-carrier transportation and transit industry is the backbone of the National Transportation Network in the United States.
