Vendor Manager Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with fairness and data-backed insight
- Monitor vendor performance and enforce compliance standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet business goals and streamline workflows
Client Manager Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored, impactful solutions
- Manage client accounts with professionalism and precision
- Drive satisfaction, retention, and long-term success through exceptional service
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Experience in property management, vendor coordination, or client services (preferred but not required)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Work Setup & Growth
- Remote-first: Work from home with flexibility
- Office transition: We’ll be shifting to an office setup in the near future
- Work hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
