The U.S. Army Contracting Command, in collaboration with the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Soldier Center, Simulation and Technical Training Center (STTC), recently awarded Dignitas a contract to research and develop the Generalized Adaptive Instructional Toolset (GAIT). Building on the Generalized Intelligent Framework for Tutoring (GIFT) baseline, GAIT will support intelligent tutoring for computer-based training and advance Army tutoring capabilities and modeling and simulation technologies through improved data integration, adaptive instruction, automated assessment, after-action review capabilities, and real-time performance visualization.
