What's in a name? Everything. ✨
We named this gala Brilliance in Orbit on purpose.
For ten years, people have orbited Building Our Tech coming in for the education, the training, the community and then going back out into the world as shining diamonds in their own careers and startups. 💎
BOT may be the center of it all, but this gala isn't about us. It's about celebrating everyone who has gone out into space and let their brilliance lead the way.
And here's the part that gets us every time: so many of you haven't just moved on, you've become catalysts in your own orbits. Mentoring. Hiring. Training the next person who walks through our doors. Carrying what you learned here in Orlando out across the country — growing this ecosystem, this constellation, far beyond Central Florida and bigger and brighter with every year.
That's what Brilliance in Orbit means. Not just where you started, but everywhere you've gone since. 🌌
