Mixed Greens is the salad bar of your dreams! Whether you build your own or choose their prepared options (their seared Ahi bowl is amazing!) you can't go wrong. You can also make your own bowl or protein plate. Their lemonade and acai bowls were delicious too!

Hey there! Who's craving some heart-shaped donuts? I recently checked out a new donut shop in Orem, called near the mall. If you haven't been there yet, you're missing out. They have a variety of flavors, but my top picks are passion fruit, blueberry lavender, and ube. Oh, and did I mention they also serve drinks? If you're looking for a sweet treat, you definitely need to give this place a try! Let me know what your favorite flavor is once you go.

I cant resist posting more about our meal at the . Not only was the presentation great, but the brunch was excellent! Never did I expect to find a refined Park City Chef in the small town of Monroe. It's hard to pick a favorite dish. We loved all of the local ingredients too, like the lamb sausage, house-farmed eggs, local honey, and fresh herbs. Simply put, it was an incredible meal in bed!

I highly recommend this spot for a staycation, especially if you're into hot springs 😉. It's a short 2.5-hour drive from Salt Lake City.

We just checked out the new . A former head chef, from Valter's Osteria, leads this new Italian bistro. It's located next-door to in a huge space! They plan to add a steakhouse and cafe inside in the coming months.
Now for the food: We liked their pizza, fresh fish, and lamb lollypops best!
The pizza crust was excellent! Very similar to the Philly-inspired Napoli butter pie crust. Light and crispy. Great toppings too!
For the fish, we watched them filet a freshly flown in halibut from Alaska. I'll show it in my upcoming reel. The filet was top notch and prepared in a white-wine butter cream sauce.
Also, don't forget to order the lamb lollies for an appetizer. If you're thinking I don't like lamb, you need to try good lamb! The meat tasted fresh and smokey, with a hint of lavender. It came on a bed of dressed greens.
An important sidenote, also remember to ask for fresh pasta during your visit. They don't highlight which dishes came from fresh vs. dry pasta on the menu.
I look forward to trying their other concepts and can't wait to eat their pizza again!

This spot seems like it has great potential, so we hope to in Sandy, are almost too pretty to eat. This shop offers an assortment of eclairs, cream rings, tarts, macarons, cheesecake, sables, and pastries. Eclair French Pastry sources organic, local ingredients and makes nearly everything in-house. What would you choose?
To our surprise, we loved their cheesecake. It's one of the best I've found in Utah! The crust is soft and has caramel notes. The tarts came in second. Excellent body and texture. Not too sweet.
Unfortunately, the other pastries we tried were stale. The choux dough also seemed a bit dense. Maybe we went on a bad day? We did, however, enjoy their emulsions and fillings.

This signature dish from , which bears the restaurant's name, is exceptional! It features casarecce pasta, bacon, pistachio, cream, and burrata cheese. It’s savory, creamy, and rich with contrasting textures.
Not only is the pasta homemade, but they offer homemade GF pasta as well. It’s nearly indistinguishable from the original. Whatever you choose, this is one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had, anywhere!

The landscapes here in Utah never cease to amaze me! We've traveled to dozens of countries across five different continents. Utah’s beauty rivals anything that we’ve seen. We’re lucky to call it home!

Which would you choose? Scallops or steak? We went back to while in Moab. It's a bit pricey (around $100 for two), but easily the best restaurant around! They fly in their seafood, raise their own beef, and use farm-to-table ingredients when available. Their chefs also come from the famed celebrity retreat and sister restaurant .ash.rye. We love it!

is one of the few places that offer decent tacos near our home. The carnitas, shrimp tostada bites, and GF churros are our favorite menu items. Occasionally we will order the duck confit and Angus carne asada with cactus salsa too.

One of our favorite fast-casual restaurants, is opening a second location in South Jordan. We’re so happy for them! We love all of their healthy options. The chicken bowl is our favorite! Their dishes pull from African cuisine, Louisiana dishes, and American comfort food. Have you tried it yet?
