A little business update from me 🤎
As Backroad Grace Photography continues to grow, I’ve realized it’s time for me to make a few changes to the way I handle bookings and scheduling.
When I first started, photography was something I was doing on the side and I was able to be pretty flexible with dates, rescheduling, holding spots, and working around last-minute changes. But as I’ve grown, that just isn’t realistic anymore.
This isn’t just a hobby anymore. This is my business, my time, and something I’ve worked really hard to build. 📸🤎
Going forward, dates will only be OFFICIALLY reserved once the retainer and booking process are completed. I’ll always do my best to accommodate rescheduling when I can, but I also have to respect the clients who are ready to book and the time I have set aside for my business.
I also want to continue sharing the beautiful work I create because that is a huge part of how I’m able to grow and reach new clients. I will always respect reasonable privacy requests, but photography is a visual business — my work is how potential clients get to see what I can offer them.
I’m so incredibly grateful for every person who has trusted me with their memories and helped me get to this point. 🤎 I’m just learning that growing a business also means learning when to set boundaries, value my time, and take what I do seriously.
Thank you for supporting Backroad Grace Photography and for allowing me to continue doing something I genuinely love. 🥹📸
