Update from the previous outage. There was a fiber problem that was repaired by AT&T, but has caused some server issues. We are working on it and will have the problem resolved as quickly as we can. This was an unforeseen circumstance and appreciate everyone’s patience regarding the issue. We will update again as soon as possible.

There is currently a partial network outage in the Orange Grove and surrounding areas due to a power outage. We have a technician en route to install a generator and restore services. Once main power is restored, customers may experience another brief outage as we switch back over to main power.

There is an outage in the Lagarto area due to a power outage. AEP gave an ETA of 2 hours. We will have generator power coming up shortly. There will be another small outage when we switch back to regular power after the outage.
