BUZZ BROADBAND SERVICE RESTORATION UPDATE

As power is being restored across most of our service area, our Buzz crews are working extended hours to repair damage and get internet services back up and running as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience as we work to get everyone back online!

Is your power back on, but your Buzz service is still down?
Before submitting a service ticket, please try rebooting your equipment:
1. Unplug your Buzz equipment from the electrical outlet.
2. Wait about 30 seconds.
3. Plug the equipment back in and give it a few minutes to restart.
This may resolve the issue and get your service back up and running!

Already submitted a service ticket? Please do not submit another ticket for the same issue at this time. This helps us keep our records accurate and track existing service requests.
Our crews are working hard to restore service as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support!

Following Hurricane Isaias, widespread power outages and storm damage are impacting service across our area. Approximately 70% of the CEC service area was without power this morning in the aftermath of Hurricane Isaias and CEC still has roughly 16,000 members without power as of 12:35 p.m. We understand how important your internet service is and appreciate your patience as our crews work to restore service as quickly and safely as possible. Restoration may take time as power is restored and storm damage is assessed. A few important reminders: • Please wait until power is restored before reporting an internet outage. • Please do not report the same outage more than once. • Stay tuned to our page for updates on restoration efforts. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to get everyone reconnected. Please stay safe!
