Kemp & Sons Printing is seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a key point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in shaping our company's reputation by providing exceptional support and fostering positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by helping others. This is a full time position, our hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. No weekends or holidays. As a customer service representative you will be responsible for answering phone calls and placing orders received via email and/or by walk in customers.
