It's , and we're thinking about how meaningful change can start with one individual. One seed planted. A small seed can grow into a mighty tree. From one tree, an entire forest can grow. That forest can shape an ecosystem. And changed ecosystems change communities and ways of life.

The point is, sometimes great change begins with a single action. An individual protest. A moment of advocacy. A conversation. An act of kindness.

Never underestimate our power in creating the change we want to see in the world. We just have to be willing to plant the first seed. 🌱

Today is . Nonprofits come with their own set of challenges. They are often understaffed and underfunded. They have to navigate realities like donor fatigue, justifying expenses they need to grow (or even stay afloat), and board buy-in.

But at the end of the day, they work through it because they believe in something bigger.

Today, we're celebrating the people behind the organizations that keep showing up, that wear multiple hats, and champion their "why" because they see how it impacts lives and communities.

As students head back to the classroom, we believe it's incredibly important to make sure every young person feels safe. 🌈

One of the organizations we're proud to work with is Safe2Help Nebraska, which provides students, parents, and school staff with an anonymous way to report safety concerns like bullying, school threats, friends in distress, and more.
