📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT – AUDIO DEMOS THIS WEEK! 🏍️🔊

We want to give everyone a heads-up that Volunteer Audio will not be offering motorcycle audio demos this week (October 19–23).

Jay will be out of town spending some special family time with his daughter on her senior class trip to Washington, D.C. 🇺🇸

Bryan, who also handles many of our audio demonstrations, will be taking some vacation time of his own and heading to Panama City Beach to enjoy the bike rally as an attendee!

With both of them away, we will not have anyone available to provide audio demonstrations this week.

PLEASE CALL BEFORE MAKING THE TRIP! 📞

One thing we absolutely LOVE is having customers visit us to hear our demo bikes! We know some of you travel several hours, and sometimes even farther, just to experience these systems in person. We truly appreciate that, and we want to make sure you receive the time, attention, and experience you deserve when you arrive.

However, we want to remind everyone that Volunteer Audio is not a traditional retail storefront.

We’re a warehouse, an installation facility, an online retailer, and a technical support center. Our team wears a lot of hats throughout the day, and we’re not always available to stop what we’re doing to provide demonstrations.

That’s why all audio demonstrations and installations are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

There’s a very important reason we do things this way!

When you call ahead and schedule an appointment, we’re able to set aside the time needed to give you a truly personalized experience. We don’t want to just turn on a motorcycle and let you hear some speakers. We want to take the time to understand what you’re looking for, what motorcycle you ride, what you want to accomplish with your audio system, and what budget you’re comfortable working with.

That allows us to demonstrate the different options, answer your questions, and help put together the right audio system for YOUR motorcycle, YOUR listening preferences, and YOUR budget.

We believe that’s the kind of service our customers deserve, especially when they’re taking time out of their day and sometimes traveling hundreds of miles to visit us.

Now, does that mean we won’t try to accommodate someone who stops by without an appointment? Absolutely not! We do it all the time, and we’re always happy to help whenever we can.

But the last thing we ever want is for someone to drive two, three, or even six hours to visit us, only to discover that nobody is available to demonstrate the bikes.

We respect your time, and we want your visit to be worth the trip!

So please, whether you’re coming to hear a specific audio system, compare different setups, or plan an upgrade for your motorcycle, give us a call ahead of time so we can make sure the right person is here and ready to give you the attention you deserve.
