Essential Job Functions:

Primary Job Duties:
- Lead customer meetings, plan and conduct user research interviews and surveys
- Envision a product from a high-level and decompose it into features
- Translate research findings into persona development, customer journey maps, user flows, etc. that ensures successful ex*****on of all product tasks and functions
- Lead collaborative design activities including wireframing and visual prototyping of interactive designs to promote shared understanding of vision
- Develop user stories with acceptance criteria that drive successful technical ex*****on
- Test and audit the architecture of digital products to ensure it meets design / customer intent
- Assist with product support activities that drive continuous product improvement
- Operate in an iterative mindset that aims for delivering value through continuous improvement
- Collaborate with team members across the organization for total customer success
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience, software application design, visual design, interaction design
- 5+ years of experience, requirements gathering / management, customer engagement
- Skilled in UX-related disciplines (UX design & research, info architecture, product strategy)
- Self-motivated and self-managing with strong organizational skills
- Share our values and work in accordance with those values
- Ability to thrive in a remote organization, being collaborative and supportive
- Comfortable with a fast-pace and ambiguous start-up environment
- Strong interpersonal skills: Regularly reach consensus with peers, provide clear status updates
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience, front-end coding skills (React preferred)
- 1+ years of experience, team leadership / mentorship with UI/UX
- Experience with Figma
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript
Required:
- Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret/Top Secret security clearance, is required
- A Bachelor's Degree in one of the following (or related) fields: Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Information Sciences, Human Factors, Computer Science
Up to 25% CONUS travel is required
