I don't know about you but I prefer to sit down with a potential client for a face-to-face meeting. It gives me the chance to connect on a more personal level.
One of the greatest challenges of web design is creating a way for businesses to connect with potential clients without getting that same personal contact.
Enter Conversational Marketing.
Think about the last conversation you had with a lead. Now think about the last ten conversations. In the majority of those discussions I know there are at least common questions they ask over and over, right?
Now, you take the top three questions that most potential clients ask, put the solution into one easy to read paragraph and follow it up at the bottom of the home page with a CTA (Call To Action) that typically gives the user the choice between calling/texting now or filling out a form.
There's nothing that helps bridge the gap between this faceless website user and your company like reading their mind! π
