Our Story

Around April of 2016 I started offering computer repair for the first time. I posted Craigslist ads and took about 3 customers a month. After a few months that amount started to double, triple, and quadruple in size. As it gets bigger and bigger I use this page to chronicle the entire process for my customers to follow along with. Why did I start this? Well, In April I found out I was going to be a father to a little girl. My first child. I worked a full time job almost 12 hours a day Monday through Friday and I made up my mind that I wasn’t going to spend that much time away from her. So, I started repairing computers as a side hobby and it grew into a full time business thanks to amazing customers and the motivation provided by them, my friends, and most of all my new little family.

I attribute a lot of my success to my computer repair skills and 20+ years of experience. But, I truly believe that providing a transparent, enjoyable, personable, and courteous customer experience is the main reason for my success. Every customer is important, unique, and requires more than just an “I fix your computer and you give me money” type of experience. Compassion, Empathy, Person-ability, and consideration are what separate me from the other computer repair places. If you have a computer problem just give me a call. I work out of my home so I am able to offer lower prices than your typical computer repair storefront. I offer Curb side service. I offer affordable laptops and desktops if you need one. But, most of all... I offer a good experience that you will feel good about after you’ve left. :)
