Our Story

RTW was born amidst the peaceful countryside of Virginia in 1998, delivering its first design build audio visual solution for a small church in central Virginia. From our humble beginnings, RTW has succeeded in transforming from a preferred local small business to a nationally renowned and recognized audiovisual solutions integrator.

Since being awarded a place the state audio visual VASCUPP contract in Virginia, we have expanded our territory and clientele, now serving higher education, K-12, government, and other public sectors throughout Virginia, DC, and Maryland. RTW has partnerships with clients of all sizes; including churches, corporate institutions, banquet halls, courts, theaters, non-profits, sports facilities, and custom venues that may require AV integrated solutions.

Our core competencies include audio, visual, and control for boardrooms and classroom spaces, video collaboration and management of conferencing suites, audio reinforcement for small and large venues, video walls and projection, digital signage, theatrical lighting, acoustical paneling.
