Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Lead Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage crews, lead field operations, perform fiber fusion splicing, install network infrastructure, support CCTV, sound systems, access control systems, coordinate projects, and ensure jobs are completed safely, professionally, and on schedule.

This is not an entry-level position.
We are looking for someone who leads from the front—someone who takes ownership of the project, the crew, and the final result.

I started my company to simply help people. During last 16 years, we have donated 20% of our time/ proceeds to help people and build a better community. In the past, we donated websites, built computer labs, we helped build homes or simply helped people who could not afford the service.
