Everyone who comes to us knows that we pride ourselves on using only premium quality screens and offering warranty. With that being said, all know that there is time involved with diagnosing and repairing a device. There is no easy way to do it. The time that we put in is our labor.
Recently I had a young lady come in who did not understand that the labor that we did on her phone was not free. There was over 3 hours put into it and she did not understand paying for diagnostics.
To Dawn I do apologize if my demeanor was less than professional but labor is not free.
