Our baristas will serve as camp hosts to our customers, taking ownership of the outstanding customer experience, exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities:
✴Deliver the best customer experience, each and every time.
✴Capability to interact and maintain effective relationships with customers and team members.
✴Ability to communicate effectively with others.
✴Work with a sense of urgency and ability to multi-task.
✴Maintain a clean and organized work space.
✴Prepare and serve beverages and food to standard.
✴Develop coffee and product knowledge, including active participation in product tastings.
✴Offer relevant, thoughtful ideas and suggestions for improving operations and the customer
experience.
✴Adhere to all company policies and protocols, both behind the bar and at front of house,
including cash handling and safety.
✴Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
✴Ensure adherence to the company’s dress code, as well as all health and safety requirements.

Experience:
*1-2 years restaurant/retail experience in a high-volume environment.
*Coffee experience is preferred but not required.
