Performing onsite cabling, fiber-optic installations, and troubleshooting
Performing onsite network hardware installations
Performing services on Jive VOiP, Panasonic and Samsung telephone systems
Answering the consultants phone calls, taking messages, and diverting calls that can be handled by you
Monitoring tickets, assigning new tickets to users, and replying to customer requests
Ensuring that all issues have been assigned a priority and are resolved and replied to a timely manner
Checking for missing updates, backups or end of life
Keeping the home offices up and running
Creating detailed descriptions of work performed
Working with consultant to answer questions regarding billing and business accounts
Following up with customers after they have received service
