We’re Hiring: IT Help Desk Technician (Hybrid) — Ocala Area

We’re a veteran-owned managed IT and cybersecurity company serving small businesses across Marion and surrounding counties — medical, dental, legal, accounting, and trades. Our clients count on us to keep them running, and we take that seriously.

The role: This is a hybrid position. You’ll handle support tickets remotely, but you’ll also be onsite with clients when the job calls for it — so you need to be local and comfortable being the face of Simply IT in the field.

What you’ll do:
- Troubleshoot and resolve help desk tickets (Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, hardware)
- Provide onsite support at client locations across our service area
- Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and network gear
- Communicate clearly with clients who aren’t technical — patience matters here

What we’re looking for:
- 1–3+ years in IT support or help desk
- Solid grasp of Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (onsite visits required)
- Someone dependable, honest, and genuinely good with people

Bonus if you have MSP experience or industry certs (CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft).
