A customer asked us to tweak our Facebook leads integration so their sales team had the info they needed before the first call.
Request came in at 7:33am. Acknowledged at 9:16am. Live in the software by 9:36am. All over text.
No “we added it to our roadmap” ❌
No “this will be available Q1 of next year” ❌
More like, “we’re on it” ✅
As a small team, we stay close to you, our customer and listen to your needs. And make it happen.
