In the late 1930s or early 1940s, Alvino Rey blew minds on screen with a mechanical puppet named “Stringy”, a carbon throat mic and his steel guitar - laying down the blueprint for talking instruments.
80+ years later, Bosco Kante bridges eight decades of sonic history, running the ElectroSpit Talkbox talkbox right alongside Rey’s classic “St. Louis Blues.”
