The Story Behind The Romo Café Logo ☕🌺

When we created The Romo Café logo, we wanted it to represent the beauty, traditions, and rich culture of Mexico. Every detail was carefully chosen to tell the story of who we are, where we come from, and what we proudly share with our community.

✨ The Romo Café name is inspired by papel picado, a traditional Mexican folk art that symbolizes celebration, family, and culture.

☕ The taza de barro (clay coffee cup) was an essential part of our logo. It represents our authentic Mexican café de olla and the warmth of gathering together over a delicious cup of coffee.

🌸 The bright and colorful flowers reflect the vibrant spirit, traditions, and beauty of Mexico. They celebrate our heritage and the joy we bring to every customer who visits us.

🌆 We also wanted to proudly include Oakland, California, the city we call home. Oakland has embraced our family, supported our small business, and allowed us to share our Mexican culture through food, coffee, and community. Including Oakland in our logo is our way of honoring the city that has become part of our story.

This logo is more than just a design—it represents our family, our culture, our roots, and our community.

A special thank you to Daisy Design for creating a logo that we love and that our customers love too. Thank you for bringing our vision to life and helping us create a symbol that truly represents The Romo Café.
