As a small company, every new team member makes a big impact. Today, we're thrilled to welcome Kaylee and Maegan to the McKula family!

Kaylee joins us with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pennsylvania Western University, and Maegan brings a Bachelor's degree in Media Design and Technology from Juniata College.

They'll both be working with our Incident Tracker product, helping support our customers while also contributing to our marketing efforts. As we continue to grow, we're investing in making the experience even better for the organizations that rely on Incident Tracker every day.

Please join us in giving Kaylee and Maegan a warm welcome! We're excited to have them on the team and can't wait to see all they'll accomplish.

Last Friday, our team gathered with our families at Live! Casino for a special celebration.

As we prepare to welcome several new team members in the coming weeks, we wanted to take a moment to recognize the core group whose hard work, dedication, and belief in our vision helped get us here.

Together, this team has accomplished a tremendous amount in a short period of time:

• Launched a new company website
• Released a new product website
• Brought our mobile app to market
• Built new customer service and marketing teams
• Closed a major statewide partnership with Minnesota

These achievements didn’t happen by accident. They happened because of talented people who consistently go above and beyond, supported by families who make those efforts possible.

Last night’s celebration was about more than milestones—it was about recognizing the foundation we’ve built together and the momentum we’re carrying into our next chapter of growth.

Thank you to our team, our families, our customers, and our partners. We're excited about what's ahead.

A project we've been working on for quite a while is finally live.

Today we're excited to announce the launch of the Incident Tracker mobile app for iOS and Android.

This was a major effort for our team. We learned new technologies, solved plenty of challenges, and delivered everything we set out to build—plus a few extra features that made it into the final release.

The app allows users to report incidents, attach photos and documents, complete custom forms, and submit everything directly from the field.

We're incredibly proud of what our team accomplished and grateful to everyone who helped make it happen.

If you'd like to check it out, search for "Incident Tracker" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Today, our team celebrated our best Q1 yet and the launch of the Incident Tracker mobile app with a trip to PNC Park to watch the Pirates dismantle the Rockies. Special shoutout to Aidan Shephard, who won a year’s supply of Chick-fil-A!
