We’ve been spending a lot of time lately with Epson’s WorkForce Enterprise AM Series, and I’m impressed with what we’re seeing.
These machines take a different approach to the traditional copier/MFP, using Epson’s Heat-Free inkjet technology to deliver fast business printing with lower energy consumption and fewer service-related components.
This quick 2½-minute video gives a good overview of the AM Series and what makes the technology different.

We’re hiring at BBCS!

We are looking for a full-time Printer & Copier Service Technician to join our team at our Norton Shores office.

This is a hands-on position working both in our service department and at customer locations. You’ll work on office printers, copiers/MFPs, and thermal label printers from manufacturers including Brother, Epson, HP, Lexmark, Ricoh, Kyocera, Zebra, Honeywell, and SATO.

We’re looking for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical and technical ability, and a desire to learn. Previous printer/copier experience is a plus, but we’re also interested in someone with the right technical background and attitude who wants to learn the industry.

BBCS is a family-run Michigan business that has been serving our customers for more than 50 years. We have a close-knit, team-oriented environment and are looking for someone who wants to become a long-term part of our team.

We’re excited to continue expanding what we can offer our customers through Epson, including the ColorWorks line of on-demand color label printers.

For companies printing product labels, barcodes, shipping labels, GHS labels, food labels, or other applications where color can make a difference, ColorWorks opens up some interesting possibilities.

Instead of ordering and stocking preprinted labels, you can print full-color labels on demand, when you need them.
