The Ridge Cafe We pride ourselves on small-batch, made-from-scratch cooking and baking. Local food made with love. There are specials featuring what’s tasty, fresh & in-season.

We are a sweet little cafe frequented by travelers, locals, artists, transients, farmers, craftsmen, tradesmen, out-door enthusiasts, health-nuts, hippies & hill-billies. We keep them all well fed & happy by dishin’ up organic food made with love. We focus on using organic ingredients, produce, and meats and sourcing locally when possible. Our menu is as diverse as the clientele with a little something for everyone. Come enjoy the bright rooms inside with space to gather with friends, quietly read a favorite book or enjoy the piano and guitars in the music room. When the sun shines there is no place like our garden seating to enjoy rural life in the Sierra foothills.

Good morning everyone just a little update with the last few events of the year. There’s no events the next two weekends The last two events are Friday September 25 and Sunday September 27 two in the same weekend. Wooo hooooo. The last events of the year, so let’s make it a memorable one. Seems like in the blink of an eye summer is gone. More details to follow. Stay tuned.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. We will be closed Tuesday, September first. For our employee party, we wanna show all our staff how much we appreciate them from their hard work, dedication, putting their heart into everything that they do, but most of all letting us have more time at home.😂😂😂 JKJK we appreciate them for that but also for so so much more.

LIVE MUSIC THIS SATURDAY.

I know Previous events have been on Sunday, but make note that this one is on Saturday not Sunday. We will be having dinner Mike’s gonna whip up some Hawaiian food poke bowls , Huli huli chicken,Hawaiian bbq pork ribs ,Mac salad & rice …Da Kind Grind. Don’t miss out. So come on out have some delicious food. Listen to some great music bring a friend, a spouse, one of your kids or just yourself. Good morning everyone everyone hope everybody is enjoying the little cooler weather today. We have a few announcements to make starting off with. We invested in a smoker!!!!! We are introducing some new daily specials that are going to be the same day every single week so every single Thursday it’s gonna be fat burrito Thursday and it’s gonna consist of smoked Carnita meat, cilantro and lime rice, black beans, sour cream, cheese, cilantro onion, jalapeños, and love, and when we say fat burrito we mean FAT. The second special of the week is going to be on Sundays and it is smoked pulled pork sandwiches. Which is a traditional pulled pork sandwich with a side. And of course, we always have our homemade treats in the case. Cheesecake has been very popular. You never know what flavor is gonna be next. Right now it’s Neapolitan literally so good. Stay tuned for the next few announcements. We appreciate and love you all.

Hello to all our family, friends and all of our North San Juan peeps. We got some exciting news. The last few months we’ve been dipping our hands into a little bit of catering. And we’re loving every second of it. So from here on out if you need something catered a wedding, a memorial service , a holiday party, work party, a birthday party a graduation party, a family dinner. Maybe a dessert bar for a party or maybe just a cheesecake or some of our delicious cookies, gluten-free brownies, lemon bars, etc.. charcuterie boards & Charcuterie Tables. Of all kinds. (Traditional, sweet, gluten free, birthday themed) ‘ anything in between ……..If you can imagine it. We can probably make it happen & We’re here for it. So give us a call, email, Facebook or Instagram message we’d love to take some stress off of your plate.
