Friday Order, Monday INSTALL! Business Network Team received an urgent and immediate need for broadband services for a scholastic environment late last week. BNT Rockstar, Cassie Block, got the order together on Friday and placed the order with WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone & WOW! Business. Monday am, the WOW circuit is installed, BNT Technical experts deployed the Wi-Fi, and the client is up and running. Shout out to Wendy Reed-Eades for her intense focus on going above and beyond. Thanks to Jill Stark for working on a truly strategic relationship between our two firms. While we will never expect circuits to go in overnight, it feels great to have a forum to ask for help, and then get multiple helping WOW hands back. Thank you.

Super Dave continues to assist our partner community with their ever-changing tech needs. Recently, a multi-site organization had a need to broadcast health messaging across all their sites, but needed messages to be specific to each site, with the ability to change content in real time. By deploying Business Network Team digital signage, the client can change all messaging across all sites, via a click of a mouse, or a tap on a cell phone. No PCs, no HDMI extenders, no complex broadcast antennas... Everything is built into the sign itself. Just plug it in. Easy, Safe, Cost Effective.

Analytics are powerful... Today, Business Network Team & Nextiva helped a client manage a MASSIVE call volume increase. Normally, the client manages about 75 calls a day, but today, nearly 1,500 calls came in. Why the increase in calls? After several weeks of being closed due to covid, the client is reopening next week, and the calls were requests for appointments. WOW... With BNT AMAZING Project Mangers on standby, we were able to change call route plans within minutes, helping the client manage this incredible spike in volume. Analytics are powerful...

"Whoa, that is awesome" were the shocked words from the client. Why the "whoa" comment? Business Network Team wasn't hired to clean up the wiring; we were hired to deploy Wi-Fi. Most would plug in, slap the Wi-Fi up, and be on their merry way. Not BNT. We can't stand the idea of a wiring mess, so we fixed it, at no additional cost. Go the extra mile, the "Whoa" comment is better than any dollar bill payment. Whoa.

Project: Get the meeting rooms into the modern era with video conference rooms that will be Easy and Incredible.

Result: Two 75" digital displays, overhead microphones, overhead audio, hi-resolution camera, video conferencing, digital sound processors, and all controls done via an iPad. It is as simple as hitting the "start meeting" icon and all the equipment wakes up. Easy and Incredible.

Message from client: "The Cincinnati Training room looked good. Erik and his staff did a good job and helped us get it to where we wanted it to be so I am thankful it all went well."
