🚨 NOW HIRING – FIELD SUPERVISOR 🚨

J&L Cable is growing and looking to bring on a Field Supervisor for Comcast markets in Massachusetts (MA), Maine (ME), and New Hampshire (NH) — primarily supporting the Greater Boston area.

We’re seeking a strong leader who can manage technicians, drive performance, and ensure quality service in the field.

🔧 Responsibilities:
• Oversee and support a team of cable technicians
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are met
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Monitor productivity and job performance
• Act as the main point of contact between technicians and management

✅ Qualifications:
• Experience in cable/telecom (Comcast experience preferred)
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment
