Our annual series of GBS Summer Cookouts has come to a close and our employee-owners were happy to take a break from work to enjoy what's left of our summer. 🌞♨️

Just like the rest of our many company gatherings and potlucks, everyone had the opportunity to try each other's favorite dishes and unwind a little over the course of a nice extended lunch break. 🍔🥤🍰

We hope that this served as a nice way to wind down the summer and that everyone enjoyed their location's Cookout. ☺️

Now get back to work (jokingly)! 🤣

Whether you're a department store trying to fill your customers’ carts with clothes or a grocery store wanting to add a couple of unplanned items to the shopping lists of your customers, you're going to need a strategy to help you do this. 👍🛒💰

Point of Purchase (POP) and Point of Sale (POS) displays and materials are a great and cost-effective way of catching eyes, boosting impulse buys and making sure that you're unforgettable in the minds of your customers. 👀

Proud org. moment! 👀

Our EmpowHER Employee Resource Group independently hosted a diaper drive for the Margaret B. Shipley Child Health Clinic. 🚼🍼

All in all, our crew generated the following results: ⬇️
👶 1,639 diapers
🧻 45 packs of baby wipes
🧴 8 bottles of baby body wash
🧼 9 deodorants

Just when we thought we couldn't be any prouder of our employee-owners...

We're excited to announce that our ELEVATE program will be returning for a second year, starting on August 20! 🛫🏔️

We got a lot of good feedback from last year, so we wanted to make sure that we provided the same opportunity to a new wave of GBS employee-owners. 🗣️👌

Thanks to the efforts of our incredible HR team, the class of 2026 will feature around 30 new members!

We're so blessed to have so many hard-working people in our organization that are dedicated to both professional and personal growth. 👏

Gregg Fine, Jeff Grippando and Justin Carson attended the Greater Akron Chamber's "Business at the Ballpark" last month, and by all appearances, they had a blast! 😂⚾

We love these events because it's a great way to connect and network while supporting our local Akron RubberDucks at the same time! 🤝🦆

This is just another reason why we're grateful for our partnership with the Chamber, and we would highly recommend membership to other businesses local to the Akron/Canton area. 😁

The 2026 Annual YOGI Charity Golf Tournament turned out wonderfully and, as always, we couldn't do it without the support and generosity of our sponsors, volunteers and GBS family & friends! ⛳

This outing means a lot to us and allows us to do so much good through our Year of Giving Initiative. We truly can't express how grateful we are. 💙

We hope that everyone had a great time and that all of our winners are satisfied with their prizes. 😁
However, nobody won the car lease this year, which means that you're all just going to have to come back next year for another shot at it! 😂🚗
