After 25, October, support and updates will no longer be free.

"Support for that operating system is no longer available for free, press 1 and have your payment options ready for support.".
IOW, support for Win10 goes from free to a source of revenue for Microsoft and other vendors.

Here's a free one from me for the New Year...

To get your Verizon.net/AOL account on the 'new' Outlook do this...
1. Get an 'app password' from AOL
2. Use 'IMAP' and these settings -
IMAP.AOL.COM, Port 993, SSL
SMTP.VERIZON.NET, Port 465, SSL

Use your FULL AOL email address and paste that app password you created in Step 1.

Okay...You've done the "...Fall back." part...How about the batteries in your smoke and CO detectors? Did you get to those?

How about...
1) ...Update your AV package and do a FULL SCAN for all of your devices
2) ...Get a 'second opinion' from your favorite 'free' AV site or suite. I use Micrsoft's MSRT all the time...https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx...
3) ...Perform a 'backup recovery' drill from your archive...Cloud-based or local. Rename a local file and recover the original to be sure it is in good working order.
