Service Update: Internet Disruption โ€“ Resolved 6:00 PM

The issue was caused by a cut to the fiber line, which has now been successfully repaired by a technician.

Internet service has returned to our primary line. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked to resolve the issue. We will continue to monitor the system to make sure their is nothing unusual on our end.

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with our primary internet line. To ensure continued connectivity, we are moving all users to our secondary internet line.

There was an unexpected fiber cut today at 1:10PM, you may be experiencing temporary disruptions or "slowness" in your internet and/or phone services tonight as we roll into high demand time. Contractors are working diligently to restore service as quickly as possible. We will try and provide updates on the status of the repair as we get them and will post once the issue has been fully resolved.
