BL-82 was in some ways, the strangest out of the BL line. it focuses on chorus, but captures a range of modulation sounds that push and pull with the clock control. the BL pedals were always meant to be tactile and constantly tweaked. something within arm’s reach to experiment.

that was a hot day in fall 2023 when BL-52 Phase Repeater arrived. a simplified approach of the phase repeater effect used in Dweller in the BL format. give everything a nice, phaser-ish delay wash. we walked around downtown OKC and make blips and bloops that confused onlookers.

13 more days for BL-37 Reverb. what’s different about BL-37? well, it has modulation at two points in the reverb trail to give a wandering, lush reverb unlike any of our other reverbs, with a simplified control set. The Clock slider is the key to its magic, moving from a quick, tile-bathroom echo out to a dark, lo-fi-stretched reverb, unlike any space in existence.
