**Service Restored**

We're happy to report that service has been restored to all affected customers following yesterday's fiber cut.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while our crews worked through the night to complete repairs after contractors for another company damaged our marked fiber lines.

We appreciate the hard work of our technicians who remained on-site until service was restored, and we appreciate all of our customers for sticking with us during this unexpected outage.

If you're still experiencing any issues, please reboot your router. If service doesn't return after a reboot, give our office a call at 402-347-1010 and we'll be happy to help.

**Service Update**

Thank you for your continued patience while we work to restore service following yesterday afternoon's fiber cut.

The outage occurred after contractors working for another company accidentally cut our marked fiber lines. Since then, our crews have been working nonstop throughout the night to restore service.

We're happy to report that service to Duncan and Monroe is expected to be restored within the next 30 minutes if everything continues to go as planned. Additional areas will follow as repairs are completed.

We know being without Internet is incredibly frustrating, and we sincerely appreciate your patience while our technicians work tirelessly to get everyone back online.

Thank you to our incredible crews for their dedication and to our customers for sticking with us. We'll continue to provide updates as progress is made.

This year's tournament is raising funds for a new Siemens Mammomat B. Brilliant mammography system, helping provide advanced breast imaging technology right here in Columbus.
