Taylored Systems recently held our annual company-wide meeting to reflect on the past year and, more importantly, recognize the people who helped make it happen.

We celebrated our technicians for their continued certifications, ongoing education, and professional development. Their technical expertise remains the foundation of our operational success and the high level of service we deliver every day.

We were also pleased to officially welcome our newest team members. Fresh perspectives play an important role as we continue to grow and evolve.

In addition, we recognized the outstanding achievements of our sales team. Congratulations to Allen Wilson and Schwomeyer for earning the Peak Performer Award. Michelle was also recognized for achieving the Highest Percentage Increase, which is an accomplishment that reflects significant dedication and growth over the past year.

We also want to acknowledge the contributions of all departments across the organization. While not every team was highlighted individually during the meeting, each plays a vital role in keeping our organization running smoothly and contributing to our overall success.

Taking time to celebrate our team’s accomplishments and discuss our future goals is always a highlight of the year. We’re grateful for everyone’s contributions and look forward to another successful year ahead.
