Your staff is fine. For now.
Camp is doing fine. Everything is running with no complaints, but that doesn't necessarily mean that everyone is doing okay.
If a staff member is struggling, they are unlikely to say anything about it. But there will be signs.
The things to look out for are disengagement, a change in attitude (quieter or louder), and more sluggish response times.
