Position: Administrative Support Specialist
Work Location: Denver, CO
Compensation Range: $38,000 to $48,000 Annual Salary
TTC is seeking a highly motivated candidate with a strong work ethic and proactive approach to managing all government customer office functions, to include:
-Supporting office operations (e.g., mail, copying, faxing, filing, ordering and inventory of supplies, bulletin board updates);
-Provide support for general administration activities (e.g., facilities, travel processing);
-Manage onboarding of new staff including but not limited to routing of access forms and data entry, support tickets, etc.
-Schedule, coordinate, launch communication vehicles (e.g., video teleconference, phone and web conferencing), and attend meetings; as well as record meeting notes;
-Plan, coordinate and execute office events and activities;
-Produce basic documents routinely, or on an as assigned basis, using standard office automation software (e.g., MS -Office, MS Excel, MS Publisher);
-Communicate status updates to the senior staff;
-Perform general administrative duties as assigned to ensure quality of office operations and executive support.
Requirements:
-Experience with coordination StakeHolder level meetings and communications;
-Extremely detail oriented (meeting minutes, presented in an accurate easy to read manner);
-Proficient in standard MSOffice (Word, Excel, Publisher, Visio etc.);
-Website content development, uploading to sites & being able to manage meeting logistics well with complex calendars, Webex and VideoTeleconferencing (VTC) system;
Online collaboration (e.g. Office365, Google Docs/Sheets, etc.)
-Experience providing administrative support as described above
-Ability to produce an accurate, error free product
-Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
-Ability to successfully pass a background check
-Ability to pass a National Agency Check (NAC)
