Our service will allow you to reduce your overall staffing costs and increase your staffing flexibility without the time consuming administrative and financial responsibilities associated with engaging contractors or employing personnel. Yemaya Solutions also provides Business Solutions: i.e. preparing proposals, business plans, contracts, and resumes. If you're looking to plan an event we provide event management with personal event coordinator to help you plan your event from venues, unique décor, and timelines. The managing coordination and designing for small-to-large events, the managing direction all vendors (recommended vendor list provided, paid for by clients), arrangements of meetings with preferred hired vendors, set-up and tear down of events (fees may apply). Manage day of event and includes designing for event held for that one specific day. Manage and direct all vendors (supplied and paid for by clients) Manage necessary travel arrangements (recommended vendor list provided, paid for by clients). Manage invitation and r.s.v.p. for provided guest list. Phone and e-mail contact for at least two free consultations.
