Retail Sales Representative/Associate We are a leading retailer providing Boost Mobile cell phones, National Service Plans, and Top Quality Accessories
We are hiring front-line sales professionals for immediately opening Full-Time positions. We are hiring results-driven salespeople to be responsible for all sales duties, from generating local traffic through regulated sales events to closing sales.
Requirements
MUST BE BILINGUAL ( ENGLISH AND SPANISH)
At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales environment; experience in wireless retail sales is desired
Basic PC skills including email, Internet, and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is desired
Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel
A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly
Your day is spent working Face to Face with our customers, assisting them in selecting the best phone, plan, and accessories that will give them the most satisfaction. A professional appearance and clear, precise presentation skills are needed to achieve a successful sales presentation.
Good Math skills required.
Familiarity with inventory procedures and the responsibilities involved.
Ability to perform under pressure and manage complaints in a timely manner.
