Welcoming New Talent to the QA Mentor Team!

We are excited to welcome seven new team members as we continue strengthening and expanding our AI Test Automation Practice.

The demand for faster, smarter and more reliable automation continues to grow. However, our strategy is NOT simply to hire more automation engineers, it is to empower talented professionals with technology that dramatically increases what they can accomplish.

That is why we built TessaAI, QA Mentor’s proprietary Agentic AI Teammate Accelerator. TessaAI is designed to boost automation productivity by up to 5-6x while improving test coverage, maintainability and ex*****on speed.

Our new team members will combine their automation expertise, critical thinking and human judgment with the power of TessaAI to deliver greater value and faster results to our clients.

Welcome to QA Mentor! We are excited to see what you will achieve as part of our growing team.

People often ask our Founder and CEO, Ruslan Desyatnikov, why he enjoys throwing axes.

For him, it is more than a hobby. Every throw reinforces an important lesson about software testing.

When most people start, they think the harder they throw, the better the result. But that's NOT how it works. If you throw with too much force, the axe can over-rotate, bounce off the target, and even come back at you.

The goal is NOT power, the goal is control. You need the right stance, the right grip, the right distance, the right timing and a smooth release. When all of those come together, the axe sticks exactly where you intended.

Testing is no different. Finding important defects is NOT about running thousands of random test cases. It's about understanding the system, identifying the highest risks and knowing exactly where to focus your effort.

That's something AI still can NOT do on its own. AI can help generate test cases and speed up ex*****on, but it can NOT replace experience, judgment and business understanding. Those are the skills that help testers find the defects that are important.

Anyone can throw an axe same as anyone can run tests. But consistently hitting the target and consistently finding the defects that matter takes practice, precision and good judgment.

Sometimes, less force and more control is exactly what leads to the best results.

Choosing a test automation tool is a lot like buying a car. When purchasing a car, you do not simply walk into a dealership and buy the first shiny model you see. You perform due diligence. You compare options based on your needs, budget, reliability, maintenance costs, performance, features and long-term value.

The same applies to selecting an automation tool. Unfortunately, many organizations choose automation solutions based on marketing hype, vendor influence, or flashy AI claims rather than real business and technical requirements.

To truly select the right solution, there are many factors and nuances that need to be carefully considered and evaluated.

That is exactly what this webinar is about. Join us and learn QA Mentor’s Structured Test Automation Tool Evaluation Framework - a practical approach that has helped many organizations identify the right automation solution for their specific needs.

What you will learn:
🐞 How to evaluate tools objectively
🐞 How to conduct meaningful proof-of-concepts
🐞 How to identify the right fit for your organization
🐞 How to evaluate scalability, maintenance, integrations, and ROI
🐞 How to avoid expensive selection mistakes

No bias. No fluff. No vendor influence.
Just a practical, structured approach to making smarter automation decisions.

🎁 FREE BONUS for all participants:
Every attendee will receive:
📌 FREE QA Mentor’s Structured Test Automation Tool Evaluation Scoring Framework Template
📌 FREE Automation ROI Calculator to help calculate return on investment before starting any automation initiative

How many of you have ever been involved in selecting or evaluating a test automation tool for your organization?

Sounds simple at first, until suddenly you are comparing features, AI capabilities, scalability, maintenance costs, CI/CD integration, ease of use, support, stability, licensing models and trying to separate real value from marketing promises.

In today’s AI era, almost every vendor claims to have the “smartest” or “most advanced” automation platform. The challenge is no longer finding tools. The challenge is selecting the right tool.

During this webinar, our Founder & CEO Ruslan Desyatnikov will teach you how to leverage QA Mentor’s Structured Test Automation Tool Evaluation Framework, a practical and business-driven approach designed to help organizations evaluate, compare, and make confident automation decisions.

You will learn how to:
🐞 Define business and technical needs
🐞 Build objective evaluation criteria
🐞 Run effective proof-of-concepts
🐞 Compare tools beyond vendor hype
🐞 Measure long-term value and ROI

By the end of this session, you will be in a position to help drive these initiatives within your own organization and become a stronger contributor in strategic technology decisions.

This skill is becoming increasingly important in today’s AI-driven automation landscape because choosing the wrong tool can create years of maintenance pain, while choosing the right one can accelerate adoption, reduce costs, and create real business value.

Join us and learn how to make smarter automation decisions.

What does Digital Transformation in 2026 really mean? Is it just AI, automation, cloud migration, and faster delivery or is there something much deeper happening beneath the surface?

Our Founder & CEO Ruslan Desyatnikov recently had the opportunity to be interviewed by Magnet View magazine where he shared his perspective on how digital transformation is evolving, what many organizations are still getting wrong and why human intelligence, trust, ethics and quality may become the biggest differentiators in the AI era.

In this exclusive feature, Ruslan shares insights on:
• Why digital transformation is no longer just about technology
• How AI is reshaping the future of Quality Assurance and software testing
• Why Ruslan Desyatnikov created Human Intelligence Software Testing (HIST)
• The biggest mistakes organizations make when adopting AI and automation
• How leaders can build cultures of adaptability, innovation and trust
• What the future of QA, AI governance and human-centered leadership may look like by 2030 and beyond

If you are a technology leader, QA professional, founder, transformation executive, or simply curious about where AI and human intelligence are taking us next, this article may give you a different perspective.

We invite you to read the full feature and share your thoughts.

We are excited to see our Founder & CEO Ruslan Desyatnikov featured in The Arabian Prime Magazine.

In a world obsessed with speed, automation, and AI, one truth is becoming increasingly clear: Quality is not a tool, it’s a mindset.

Over the past few decades our Founder & CEO Ruslan Desyatnikov has been driving a fundamental shift in how the industry views Quality Assurance.

Moving beyond checklists and “pass/fail” thinking, he introduced Human Intelligence Software Testing (HIST) - a methodology that places critical thinking, investigation and accountability at the center of quality.

While many organizations rushed toward automation and AI, Ruslan identified a deeper issue: Software failures are rarely caused by a lack of tools. They happen because of weak judgment and lack of ownership.
His approach redefines QA as a strategic function, not a final validation step.

It’s about:
a. Challenging requirements early
b. Understanding business risk
c. Aligning teams around quality outcomes
d. Replacing vanity metrics with meaningful insights (like defect leakage and release confidence)

At QA Mentor, this philosophy has been applied across 100+ global transformations, helping organizations move from fragmented testing practices to predictable, high-quality delivery models.

And in today’s AI-driven world, his message is even more relevant: AI can generate, automate and accelerate but it cannot replace human judgment.

The future of QA is not about running more tests. It’s about making better decisions. Testers are no longer just validators. They are becoming quality strategists and risk advisors.

The companies that succeed in the next decade won’t be the ones with the fastest AI. They’ll be the ones that know how to trust what they ship.

AI is accelerating how we build software but it hasn’t changed the fundamental question: How do we know it’s working correctly?

In this episode, we explore the enduring value of human testing in an increasingly AI-driven landscape. While machines can generate code and even tests, they still lack the judgment, skepticism, and contextual awareness that experienced testers bring.

We talk about where AI helps, where it falls short, and why human insight remains essential, especially when the risks aren’t obvious.

If you’re building, testing, or trusting AI-based systems, this conversation will challenge you to think more deeply about quality… and what it really takes to achieve it.
