If you’re heading to NENA 2026, we’d love to connect with you.

For more than a decade, the dispatchers and supervisors told us what the job looks like at 2am, what data would actually help, and what was getting in the way. You guided how we built. That feedback is in every part of the Safety Network.

At NENA 2026, come see what’s new and what it can do for your center.

Book 30 minutes with our team and we’ll show you what HARMONY AI and the Safety Network look like for a center like yours. A conversation built around your challenges, your priorities.

And Tuesday night, June 30, we’re celebrating our partnership at Ohio Stadium. You’ve earned a night like this.

When a caller doesn't speak English, every second spent routing to a third-party interpreter is a second the emergency isn't moving forward.

Butler County 911 solved this with RapidSOS, real-time transcription and translation built directly into their dispatch workflow. The moment a call comes in, the conversation is converted to text, translated, and visible across the entire room.

The result: dispatchers stay on the call. Resources move faster. Language is no longer a barrier to getting help.

"To have translation directly at our fingertips — where we're not having to go through another third party and find an interpreter — is incredibly beneficial."
— Chris Beck, QA Coordinator, Butler County 911

Telecommunicators are the first first responders. They deserve every advantage we can give them.

This is RapidSOS Harmony AI.

A few words from our partner Ricardo Martinez from Within the Trenches Podcast. So much has changed in technology in a short period of time and we are so honored to be able to reduce stress in any way we can.

Survival often depends on what happens before the ambulance arrives.
Most cardiac arrests happen outside a hospital: at home, at work, in your neighborhood. The people nearby aren't just bystanders. They're the first link in the Chain of Survival.

Swipe through to see how connected technology, 911 dispatchers, and community preparedness work together to get help where it's needed faster.

Then take a few minutes this week: → Learn CPR → Find the AEDs near you → Encourage someone else to do the same. Prepared communities save lives.

One month ago today, we premiered Behind the Emergency in Reno, NV, surrounded by the first responders and community leaders who made it possible.

A screening. A panel discussion with Mayor Hillary Schieve, Reno Dispatch Director Cody Shadle, ex-firefighter Jesse Corletto, and our CEO Michael Martin. And a room full of people who show up every day to keep their community safe.

Since then, the conversation has only grown — about the people behind 911, and what happens when technology and humanity work together at the moment that matters most.

To everyone who was there, who watched, and who shared: thank you.
Helping the helpers continues.

When Hurricane Helene took down 19 ECCs across North Carolina, 911 calls had to be rerouted across the state in real time.

One center operated from 220 miles away for an entire month.

It worked because North Carolina had already invested in statewide real-time interoperability before disaster struck.

At RapidSOS Innovation Day 2026, Pokey Harris shared what that looked like operationally — and what other states should be learning from it now.

Here we go again! This year, we’re taking over OSU Stadium for the biggest party in public safety as we celebrate the RapidSOS Community at NENA 2026.

Full stadium access. Locker room tours. Upscaled tailgate eats & drinks. A DJ dance party on the field.

But ask anyone who’s been before, what makes this night unforgettable is the people.

The conversations. The connections. The chance to celebrate the professionals who show up and put it all on the line every single day.
We thank you. We celebrate you. And on June 30, we can’t wait to party with you at OSU.

📅 Mark your calendars: Registration opens Monday, June 1, 2026 at 8:00 AM EST.

In an active assailant scenario demonstrated at Innovation Day 2026: 60 seconds before the call came in, a panic button activated from Room 214.

HARMONY also saw the building floor plan. The live camera feed. The health profiles of students. And automatically notified the agencies that needed to know.

Most AI in public safety starts when the caller speaks. HARMONY starts when the Safety Network does.

A call comes in. Silver BMW. Grand theft auto. Sun Valley.
Before deputies even reached the scene, a drone was already in the air, launched the moment the 911 data hit.
That's what real-time information does. It turns a response into a head start.

Some names are etched into memorials. Others live on in stories, photographs, folded flags, and generations forever changed by their sacrifice. This Memorial Day, we remember and honor those who give everything in service to others.
