We are urgently looking for a skilled Mid-level Python Backend Developer to join our team.�
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain scalable backend services using FastAPI (RESTful & async).
* Design efficient PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and RLS-based security.
* Implement role-based authentication (JWT/OAuth2), data protection, and API security best practices.
* Develop analytical reports, metrics, and complex data aggregations.
* Integrate with third-party APIs and external services.
* Build real-time features (live chat, notifications, activity streams) using WebSockets.
* Optimize application performance using query tuning, caching (Redis) and best practices.
* Manage background tasks, queues, and event-driven workflows.
* Write reliable unit/integration tests and ensure API stability.�
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Python with strong hands-on work in FastAPI.
* Solid skills in PostgreSQL (queries, optimization, RLS) and basic knowledge of MongoDB.
* Experience with authentication systems, security layers, and role-based access.
* Good understanding of real-time systems and WebSocket integration.
* Familiarity with Redis, caching, and performance improvements.
* Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
* Bonus: Understanding of system design, scalable architecture, or Docker.�
