Thank you to our partners, employees, and residents for helping to transform the resident experience. In 2022, we had 96,326 neighbor interactions on the Venn app. Residents bonded over their passions and came together to spearhead local interest groups, from running clubs, to gardening workshops, neighborhood tours and more.

Venn has seen first-hand the impact that neighborhoods have on rental demand. Renters who feel that they completely belong in their neighborhood are nearly three and a half times more likely to renew than those who feel they don’t belong at all. Meet Bri, Senior Community Manager based in Chicago,. 👋 who joined a year ago and started her journey with us in Kansas City.

A natural-born people person, Bri leads a Chicago-based team of community managers, who are essentially the human face of our platform. Together they work hand-in-hand with our partners Mac Properties and their property management to transform the resident experience through real human connections.

The work she does is hugely rewarding for her personally and hugely impactful, especially for partners. One property management partner at Mac called the recent potluck dinner Bri and her team hosted in Chicago “the most successful resident event that's ever been held in the building.”

For Bri, her job and relationship with partners is all about "a willingness and passion for bringing the community together. We work towards making home feel more like a home and giving residents a reason to stay."
