What if you could decide which bookings go live and how long access should last?

Well, you now have more control over who gets access before a booking is confirmed. With admin approval for bookings, you can review both paid and unpaid reservations before they go live. This is useful for sensitive spaces, shared resources, or higher-value reservations where you want to review bookings first.

Day passes are now available too, giving users access to a location for the full day instead of a specific time slot. This opens up more flexible ways to offer access, including paid full day access for spaces where multiple people can book the same location.

What a few days in London! HFA European Congress gave us plenty to talk about and even more to take home.

We’re really glad to have supported the event and spent a few days connecting with and learning from people across the European fitness industry. There were some great conversations and plenty to take away from the sessions, including Dr. Paul Bedford's conversation on retention, which we were pleased to sponsor. It sparked some interesting thoughts around a challenge operators are thinking about every day.

We also sponsored one of the networking breaks, which gave us a chance to step away from the sessions, meet people properly, and continue some of those conversations over a coffee.

One of the biggest highlights, though, was getting out into the clubs themselves. We visited four clubs across Central London, spoke with their founders, and got a firsthand look at how they’re running their businesses. A big thank you to Martyn Brett-Lee, Managing Director UK & Ireland at PureGym, for leading the tour.
