The goal with deposits and card-on-file isn’t convincing people, it’s making sure no one feels blindsided. Friction happens when clients only notice your policy after they’ve already booked. Fix it by stating it clearly in two places: on the booking page before they confirm, and in the confirmation message so it’s documented.
